Eis alguns elementos:
- a redução de trabalhadores incide, sobretudo, no pessoal não académico;
- são particularmente afetadas áreas técnicas;
- em alguns casos aumenta o recurso, numa base informal, a pós-docs, para suprir estas funções.
- aumenta o outsourcing, por vezes com transferência de trabalhadores das instituições;
- há mais trabalhadores na área social (5,1%), relações públicas e afins (1,5%) e gestão (1,2%).
